We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your selection; therefore, we offer a flexible return policy for both our iconic made-to-order gowns and our ready-to-wear collection. Please ensure items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all Grace Loves Lace security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order to enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label and return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully place your items in their original garment bag and box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our bridal stylists receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
